Navigation Module: Create
Fuel v1.3.2
If you open the Navigation list view, the create button on the top toolbar is "./create/1". That extra "1" is causing the new navigation element form to appear out of context - the Fuel menu and top toolbar disappears.
If you edit the create URL and remove the "1", it works as expected.
Other standard Fuel modules work as expected.
