actually i tried to use pre_process, but actually it is not to use cmp to work, but usort. On front end, when i display these encoded json values i can just use the function
function cmp($a,$b)

if($a['block']['weight']==$b['block']['weight']) re…
i defined in my_fuel.php, $config['site_lang']="en", putting in my_fuel.php, allow i switch on setting module at the back to allow user to set the language.
yes i tried to use the language module, but i dont think it fits my needs at the moment, as the backend need to remain as english...only front end to be appear as other languages.
so there is no way to automate this part, at the moment? may i know which function in the system handling the routing part for these dynamic pages? maybe i can modify the function to include the language
i think the problem may because you did not set the route, you can set routing at routes.php
meanwhile, to solve this problem in this particular case without the need of setting route.

did you put i$vars['category'] in your controller?
also you need to do $this->fuel->pages->render('categories',$vars); in your view function. If still cant get the result try in your view
foreach($vars['category'] as $c)
u see my example above, inside function view() there is a $vars array, put your varaible name inside , e.g. $vars['category']=array('fruit','meat');
then inside your views, you can access the variables by doing
foreach($category as $c) echo $c;
you can create controller at fuel/application/controllers folder, using normal class will do
e.g.
Class Categories extends CI_Controller{
function Categories(){
parent::__construct();
$this->load->database();//for you talk to database
}
func…

Actually i want to do another way round. With a hit og button, changes from develop goes live. I think file changes can done by using git, how about database, how to make them sync, how u deal such problem?

Hi, FuelCMS does provide a CLI tools too http://docs.getfuelcms.com/modules/generate
which actually use CI CLI. Just in your case, you are not allowed to use it, so i think should just manually create the module. FuelCMS is actually very flexible.
i dont think u need CLI to create a simple module in FuelCMS
http://docs.getfuelcms.com/modules/simple
I know there are other frameworks such as symfony which use CLI to quickly generate module structures and files. However i think you can always …
i checked fuel layouts.php class
