• Nevermind, I have this resolved. Had to go into phpMyAdmin and found a duplicate entry in the DB and deleted it, and now things are changing and displaying fine.

• Just figured it out. Apparently it only likes running PHP as Apache Module so it's now working. Any idea how to get it to run PHP as FastCGI? Thanks
