Does this work codeigniter 3.0 ?

I am using the Abyss webserver

I have codeigniter working, where do I put the fuel, assets directories.

Does fuel replace codeigniter?

    FUEL is not 3.0 ready but it already contains the codeigniter core in it's distribution (fuel/codeigniter/). The assets folder in the root of the directory is where you can store your assets. The fuel/application/ folder is the same as the normal CI application folder.
