What happened to WigiCorp files?

I've looked everywhere (except the right place, of course) searching for the WigiCorp files referenced in the tutorial material. I just found this CMS and was hoping to run through quick start to be able to hit the ground running on Monday, NOT! First thing I come across missing files and no references to where they went or how to reproduce them.

Any help would be appreciated... Chris
