404 page not found error when installing

Hello, I've downloaded the zip version of FUEL CMS, and renamed the folder to FuelCMS on my server, however when am running http://localhost/FuelCms/index.php/fuel/install/fuel_schema.sql, am getting a page with "404 Page not found" displayed. I've changed the htaccess rewritebase to /FuelCms/ and added my database info in the database.php file as well.
Anyone can help me pls?

    You need to execute that file in phpMyAdmin or Sequel Pro to install the database. It's a bunch of SQL.

    Oh thanks, I thought the installation process was similar as Drupal's, since I've been using it for a long time now
