New and not sure where to put this.... Fuel_hooks

I am looking into taking over the development of a site using FUEL. The problem I am having is that when I try to view a page from the dashboard, I get several errors about "hooks/Fuel_hooks" when I used my FTP tool to look at the directory it was empty. Should it be? Is that something that should have been created by the developer before me? Any help would be great....

    The Fuel_hooks.php was moved a while back from the applications directory to the fuel/modules/fuel/hooks/ directory. The fuel/application/config/hooks.php is where it is including that file so you may want to check the path in that file.
