Authorization question

I've been following the Documentation to set user permissions for page edits and models. At least when I set them by following the documentation, I result in allowing edits both from the public pages and from the Admin dashboard. Is there a way to make them work from the public pages only? I have at least one set of pages where I'd very much like to not have anyone other than perhaps the "super admin" be able to edit from the Admin dashboard.

    Sorry, but the permission to edit pages applies to all pages whether in the admin or when doing inline editing.
