'container_tag_attrs' only for first ul

Hey, I'm using the Menu class for my navigation but I just want to have the 'container_tag_attrs' for my first ul.
The class is also using it for "lower level" uls.

    If the attributes needed for styling, you can try container_tag_class which should only go one level deep.
