404 Page Not Found for Persian slug

hi, first of all thanks for shearing fuel CMS.
i translate Fuel CMS to Persian and make the layout rtl. but i have a issue with Persian slug(address) for blog. it's work fine for English slug but for Persian slug i saw 404 error. this is sample Persian word for you to test. وبلاگ

    That issue traces back to how CodeIgniter captures the URI segments in the $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']. Those characters get encoded and so they don't match up to the unencoded values when we go to match them as location values.
