how to coll a js function on a simple module edit from

how can i coll a JavaScript function on a simple module just after from got loaded

i have tried document ready window load but i didn't catch cancel button with

document.querySelectorAll(".cancel");

it is empty on them .

is their a way to do that?as i am trying to add parameter with its attribute
i had used 1.3.1 version of fuel cms

How did you try to insert the javascript? Did you use the simple modules "js" parameter? Also, are you sure the javascript file is being loaded?
