Configure the blog using the file not the database

If I set $config['blog_use_db_table_settings'] to FALSE I only get this error message:
An Error Was Encountered
Unable to locate the file: themes/default/posts.php

Can this be fixed?

    Thanks for the report. That's been fixed in the repo. Specifically, the "theme_module" setting needed to be "blog" instead of empty.
