how do I add a title to opt out page

I have a header that is used for both for cms and opt out controllers, but I get FUEL__MARKER__X, how do I pass a page title to these pages?

Is there perhaps a PHP error that is happening that is causing you to see the FUEL_MARKER instead? Those get cleaned up on rendering and are used for the inline editing to create the pencil markers. If there is PHP error before they've been cleaned up, you'll see them.
