v0.91 directory structure

Just spent a half hour pounding my head against the wall...

/ fuel / application / third_party / fuel

the last 'fuel' must be capitalized! my unix based server recognizes fuel and Fuel as two different directories; the require calls /fuel/application/third_party/Fuel/Router.php -- the 0.91 on gitHub chunks out.

Thanks for working hard on this great new cms.

    Sorry about that... I'm on a MAC and casing doesn't matter so those bugs have stolen a few hours from as well (when we post to UNIX servers) so I feel your pain... my apologies. That should be fixed now.
