I want to fill particular fields in a simple module to be filled automatically on click of a button in a controller present in advanced module how to do that

It sounds like you will want to include some javascript in your page which you can do using the 'js' parameter if you are using a simple module:

You can then use jQuery to target elements you want to fill in automatically.
