Modal preview inside backend glitch with fuel-bar

I've noticed that when you set a preview path and click on the 'VIEW' button when editing an entry, the resulting modal overlay preview iframe still has the admin fuel_bar on top - see http://i.imgur.com/zyrWi.png

But imho this shouldn't be there at all, as it can lead to strange results when clicking one of the fuelbar fields (back to admin? )

Instead, the 'new window' and 'close' should be much more prominent, probably in place (even on TOP) of the fuel_bar

The close button and new window will be separated in the next release. Having it so close together to the inline editing bar was an issue for me too. Removing the bar is a little trickier and will have to think about that some.
