404 error when i click on save

I have created module and whenever enter new column and enter the values and click on SAVE i get 404 page not found error but values are getting saved in the database can anyone help in this.

    i got the error, it is taking the first textbox value while creating as a result of it i am not able to save

    Are you able to go back to the list view and see the item? Also, does the item have a primary key of "id"?

    i got it sorry, there was mistake from my end my id was not properly generated
