Settings not initialising on urls from blog module

On the demo branch of fuel-cms the 'blog_post_model' which is loaded with the fuel_model on the home page does not initialize any of the config settings. For example the permalink displayed on the home page does not include the uri from the blog config settings file or db if $config['blog_use_db_table_settings'] = TRUE;.

Eg. on the homepage the blog post url is : http://example.com/2010/11/06/a-long-long-time-ago-in-a-galaxy-far-far-away

On the blog module it appears correctly as : http://example.com/blog/2010/11/06/a-long-long-time-ago-in-a-galaxy-far-far-away
