Last stupid question for today: my fuel folder is located under system/modules/fuel.
I get the following output for css() <link href="/fuel/modules/fuel/assets/css/fuel.css" media="all" rel="stylesheet"/> Where can I change this path?

    Try the fuel/application/config/asset.php file in particular the asset_folder property which is relative to the web root directory.
