Creating a simple user system, with frontend login and registration?

Hi, i am realy new at using this cms system. I created a modul, for a new User system, it has s user list (add, delete, ban...), but now i'm stuck. How do you create a simple, login modul, that can be called from my theme, and used on every page? Where do you create it, and how to call it from the template.

I used joomla before, but this framework, cms are so much easier to work with. In joomla you have a component (modul in fuel) and modules (? fuel).
