You know where to startup and what modules can be used for this... ?

Get coding. You've probably worked out Fuel is a "framework" for you to build your own site on - it's not a plug-and-play CMS.

Your client has impeccable taste.

The standard "Pages" modules included in fuel will let you build your site Content. Anything custom (list of cars & asset management etc) will need your own modules that you must write yourself.
