installing fuel schema -some of the tables no primary keys

Hi all, first of all thank you for this wonderful cms for codeigniter.

My question is why some table in fuelcms schema don't have primary keys? is this okay. Thanks!

All the "fuel_" prefixed tables in a fresh v1.4 install do have primary keys.
