installing Fuel Cms

Hi,
I have done certain changes in .htaccess file, but not sure.
I am unable to access http://localhost/FUEL-CMS-master/index.php/fuel. When I try this I found a 404 error. Can you please help me

Does http://localhost work? What about http://localhost/FUEL-CMS-master or http://localhost/FUEL-CMS-master/index.php?

actually you not gone through whole installation process you need to do some changes in config and my_fuel file
