User registration

I'm new to Fuel CMS and I'd like to implement the same kind of user registration as is used for signing up for this blog.
Is this something that comes as part of the basic installation (if so I haven't been able to find it). Or is it a separate module?

    Actually, this is a Vanilla Forums installation. FUEL doesn't have a forum module at the moment. FUEL has it's own user management system it uses to grant permissions to certain areas but it is not a separate module per se. I have seen a few out there for CodeIgntiter (tank_auth, freak_auth).

    I've used tank_auth. I'll see if I can integrate it with Fuel user management system.
    Have you integrated Vanilla Forums user management with Fuel's user management?
