Non-latin characters wiped out after save in pages, blocks

Hello all,
I've just installed fuelcms and trying to put cyrillic texts, they look incorrect after Preview and totally wiped out after I hit Save.

    What version of PHP are you running? I've seen this issue with a specific version of MAMP and iconv before. Do you have other PHP environments you cant test it in?

    I tried it with Denwer (russian development environment) PHP5.3.13, ok, I will try it with real hosting.
