Embedded list: create new record - removable?

I've just used an embedded list and think they're an excellent feature.

Is there a way though of not showing a "create" button? I've worked out how to hide the individual rows' edit buttons ( supply an empty array for the 'actions' key) but I don't need the create button and its not something I want left around.

    You can use 'create_button_label' => FALSE.

    OK - thanks. I saw the 'label' bit and thought it must be only to do with labels, not the button itself.
