how can i add back button in list actions including the id if available
example

or even remove the whole list actions div (remove search, reset page state, and page limit [show] etc)

Do you mean Next/Previous record buttons? It's tricky. See previous discussion:

You can't add slugs to those list and form actions (it would be handy if you could - that should be a feature request, I think)
