Fuel changing password?

Hi,

I've had an admin on my Fuel 1.3 build lose his password a few times. It seems to be Fuel "changing" or forgetting his password. This has happened twice so far. Has anyone else experienced this or know why it may be doing this?

    There was a password issue a few versions ago with users (not admins), that would have their passwords changed when assigned different permissions I believe (been a while). I haven't seen an issue yet with an admin. Let me know if you are able to recreate the issue or it happens again.
