Helper function to create a Bootstrap menu using fuel_nav

To speed things up for people who use Twitter's Bootstrap for their projects' frontend and FuelCMS for the back-end, I wanted to share this simple recursive utility function that takes the output of fuel_nav as its input and outputs a Twitter bootstrap menu.

I created a similar function, renders just a sub-menu (not sub-sub-menus) as per Bootstrap navbar
