Admin panel has a infinite loading image

Hi,

I just installed the fuel cms in my wampserver and I follow the instruction guide but when I access the backend panel there is a loading image. And it doesn't load the page. I can see the header, footer and the sidebar navigation but the content is just a loading image. I don't know if it is a bug or did I forgot something in the configuration.

Here's my error in the console:
TypeError: $.supercookie is not a function
