Advanced Module Tutorial

Hey all,

because I was struggling to find a great tutorial on how to create an advanced module in Fuel a while ago, I just wrote a short step-by-step guide on how to do it:

I think I'll be testing this out later in the week once I get Fuel fully up and running the way I expect (I seem to be struggling a bit and not really finding the documentation I need, it seems there are a lot of expectations in the current documentation and those holes are currently just blanks to me). Thanks for adding the tutorial.
