navigation inside admin panel

I need to display the list of users who has signed in my form inside the admin panel. I have not used any module. I created form and saved values in database. I need to display them by creating a menu in the left of the admin panel and on clicking that all the users who have entered details in the form have to be displayed.. Can u help me in acheiving this
