link insert bug

by using markitup editor, if i am using languages such as asian languages, selecting the text then insert a link, the text will wrapped with tags , however by then the text will change to something like %u62A4%u80A4%u7CBE%u534E%u9732, losing the original text. How to fix this part?

    This bug sounds like something that was fixed relatively recently in the develop branch.
