basically i want to include a list table of page with checkbox for a field in a form. Just wondering is there a build in feature to generate a list table? or i have to manually hard coding the table styles?

Is this for the form when creating/editing a page? If so, you can create a field type of "custom" to use:

Or you can create a more reusable field type using a "custom field type":
