Fuel permissions

How are permissions stored in Fuel, against CMS users? I can't find a lookup table that stores these?

    I've realised that as admin, permissions aren't set, there has to be another user with permissions, to generate some in that table. Duh!

    That's correct, admin has permission and therefore doesn't require any entries in the fuel_relationships table.
