extending Fuel_admin

hi guys, i'm trying to extending Fuel_admin, because i want to change the structure of navigation in admin, but i don't want to change the original code of fuel, so i was thinking to extend Fuel_admin and override de nav() method...

how to manage that? there is a special path? i tried to put MY_Admin in core, controller, lib, without success...

    Sorry, but there currently isn't a way to extend the Fuel_admin without modifying the original code.
