Missing fuel logo at the top-right hand corner even though I'm logged into fuel

I created "about" page and set the layout to main.. and I can't seem to get the fuel logo at the top-right hand corner to show.. what am i doing wrong?

[solved] i had a header that had a greater z-index and it was making the bar disappear
