Admin Dashboard Stopped Working

I have just noticed that my admin dashboard has stopped working. Ive been working on a account/order module recently, but I am almost sure that isnt the cause.
My server recently received an update to its Plesk Panel, which possibly included an update to PHP also. My version is showing 5.3.3.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
