Image upload issue when edit screen

Hi,
I created a module to upload slideshow images with description. No problem with content creation, but when i tried to edit the description content the images are gone in Database field :/

Please help me with this.

    What version of FUEL is it ... 0.93 or 1.0 beta? What does your model form_fields method look like and do you have any model hooks?
