@admin- This is about integrating CI into wordpress theme. I am asking about using wordpress plugin's in CI..I want to make a website in CI and for extra functionalities i want to use wordpress plugin. I read in some forum that there a way to use wordpress plugins in fuelcms.....

Wordpress and CI are very different. You would need to convert the wordpress plugin into something like a library or helper function.
