Migration typo

Running a migration from the CLI I get:

"This are multiple migrations with the same version number: 0."

This is with a download from 4th August

Could you provide recreation steps for this issue? Thanks.

Sure, I run CLI:
php index.php fuel/migrate/latest

I ran this out of curiosity! The migration was going to fail, as the site was already installed, so my point is the grammar, not the functionality!

Maybe this message is in Codeigniter?
