Cannot Access Admin Page

Hello,
I have extracted FUEL CMS into C:\xampp\htdocs and I have imported the fuel_schema, and I have followed all the instructions in http://localhost/latihfuelcms01/ page, but when I typed
http://localhost/latihfuelcms01/fuel the page "XAMPP Welcome" appear, and always like that, why is that? did I make a mistake, thanks

A couple questions:
1. Do you have mod_rewrite setup in XAMPP?
2. Can you access it like so http://localhost/latihfuelcms01/index.php/fuel/login

2. Yes, I can access the page, but after I typed the username and password, XAMPP dashboard page appear

If you can access:
http://localhost/latihfuelcms01/index.php/fuel/login

But not:
http://localhost/latihfuelcms01/fuel/login

Chances are that you need to turn on mod_rewrite for .htaccess. Here are some instructions for enabling it that may help:
