Problem installing, access denied when executing database.php

Hi,

I am trying to install FuelCMS. I get stuck when trying to execcute database.php with an "Access Denied". Redirect seems to be working fine as I get the Fuel CMS error page when executing "localhost/fuel_cms/tst".

I am running XAMPP on Windows 7.

Any ideas?

    Is the Access Denied the database error being displayed? If so, make sure you have the proper user name, password and database name in the database.php config file.
