CMS User issues
I know... I've been posting a lot... getting some amazing things done and my understanding is growing. Love it!
Anyway, Using V1.0 I have the Blog module working. I went to allow a user permissions to use Settings.
When they went into Settings->Blog it gave an error saying they weren't authorized.
Is there a configuration for the Blog to allow non-super-admin users in there?
Speaking of Super Admin. I noticed, the only way to change a user to Super Admin was through the Database. I assume this was by design, to avoid having users (even an assigned Super Admin) assign other users as Super Admin as well?

With response to the super admin, you are correct in that it is by design.
