Just Install FUELCMS

Just install FUELCMS, and follow the guide here localhost/framework/FUEL-CMS-master, and when I access http://localhost/framework/FUEL-CMS-master/index.php/fuel, it show me 404 Page not found... can someone guide me? thanks

    Is admin_enabled set to TRUE in the fuel/application/config/MY_fuel.php file?

    Good morning,

    The error I am receiving is an Apache error. When I check the Apache logfile I see:

    [Thu Apr 04 09:32:40.039174 2013] [access_compat:error] [pid 2172:tid 1752] [client ::1:57756] AH01797: client denied by server configuration: C:/Dev/xampp/htdocs/fuel_cms/fuel/application/config/database.php

    Any suggestions why Apache is denying access?

    Just to make sure I am using Apache version 2.4.3.

    I'm not sure why you would be getting that Apache error. Is there anything in your Apache config that may be preventing access to that file?
