CKEditor + images

Has anyone figured out how to get CKEditor to convert DWoo image content ie: {img_path('CFHjpg.jpg')} with server image path ie: /assets/images/CFHjpg.jpg so the editor will display the image inline but won't mess up the content?

I won't be much help unfortunately other then to point you to the CKEditor API documentation. Would love to know if you figure out a solution though.
