Cannot redeclare class Base_module_model in /Users/nickmoreton/Desktop/FUEL-CMS-develop

I have a fresh install of FUEL using the develop branch, set up works OK and have admin enabled and views set to auto.

I followed the instructions to install the Forms module via terminal. All installed OK but when accessing dashboard or home page i get this error.

If i remove 'forms' from the modules enable config all works OK again.

Is it maybe the forms module is not ready for use with the develop branch?

    I just looked at the blog module, there is a fix for changing base_module_model reference to Base_module_model.
    I tried that in Forms_model.php and Form_entries_model.php and all now works OK
