Updating 1.0.2 removed upload button from the upload file.

Hi there,

By updating to 1.0.2, it removed the upload button next to the upload field and only showing textfield. See screenshot. http://d.pr/i/DlEP

I reverted the changes to old version and all seems good with the upload issue. See screenshot (v1.0): http://d.pr/i/XUx2
