How would you action the form to stay on the current page once submitted in fuel? at the moment everything is redirecting back to the index.php once submit.

    Is this a front end form or a form inside the admin of the CMS?

    It's a frontend form

    Setting the action property to the current page redirects to the homepage? Do you have a base URL set and perhaps an action value set to blank.
