Can't get beyond WigiCorps homepage

Hi - Reviewing FuelCMS for possible use. Installed 0.91 branch with WigiCorps locally. Made all config changes. Using default .htaccess.

I can view WigiCorps homepage, but trying any of the links from the homepage or trying to access admin opens localhost's homepage.

Any ideas for me to try?
